Hot on the fashionable heels of her recent sold out ‘Mixtape’ performance at The Famous Spiegeltent, Melbourne songstress Owl Eyes released her first new song since the breakthrough single ‘Raiders’. ‘Crystalised’, Owl Eyes’ new single, was premiered nationally on triple j almost one year to the day since the release of ‘Raiders’ and signals an exciting and confident new direction. Taking a short break between writing songs for her debut album Owl Eyes is set to launch ‘Crystalised’ on a short run tour of small, intimate venues. This will be the first chance you’ll have to hear some of the new songs.

Resist Presents, Bitter End Australian Tour May 2012. Influenced by the metallic New York Hardcore bands of the late 80's and early 90's, San Antonio's Bitter End have established themselves as a brute force in the hardcore community. With all the makings of a contemporary hardcore classic, 2010's "Guilty As Charged" bruises and batters with dynamic riffing, potent vocals/lyrics, and bone shaking breakdowns. Songs like "Unjust" and the title track "Guilty As Charged" showcase this hybrid brand of hard hitting thrash and hardcore.

The legendary Canadian blues guitarist and singer songwriter Harry Manx, last here in 2010, returns to our shores for a series of guest appearances at some of our best known music festivals and a national headline tour including this show. Harry Manx has spent years fusing eastern musical traditions with the blues, switching effortlessly between conventional guitars, harmonica, and banjo and the decidedly different Mohan veena, a 20-stringed instrument invented by Manx’s Indian mentor Vishwa Mohan Bhatt.
